Refunds in cash are not available. We accept exchanges for products with sizing problems or product damage, or we will give you a coupon for the same amount to spend in our store now or in the future.

Exchange policy of Field Luxury
Given that they made the purchase from website, we allow all of our customers to exchange their purchased items.
Within three days, you can exchange any purchased item.
If the item you received is damaged or there are size difficulties, you may be able to exchange it.
Contact our customer service team using the specified email address or Whatsapp number or the URL of the product that you want to exchange
Provide the requested size guidelines or adjustments to confirm your exchange.
Within the next 24 to 48 hours, you will receive exchange confirmation.
Exchanges are allowed if the item has not been used, all tags are present, and the packaging is in like-new condition. Only then can you proceed with the exchange.
Items bought on sale or at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
